My name is Whitney, I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition, but my real education came from spending over a decade as a manager at 30/10 Weight Loss for Life. I have helped thousands of individuals reach their health goals. I believe that losing weight shouldn't mean losing your energy, your muscle, or your mind. That’s how Weigh Less started.
I chose coaching over the traditional medical route because I wanted to work face-to-face with people who were exhausted by the diet industry's quick fixes. I've watched the 'eat less, move more' mantra fail time and time again, leading only to hunger and frustration. By teaching you how to prioritize protein and minimize carbohydrates, I help shift your body from fat-storing to fat-burning. My goal is simple: to give you the science-backed tools to kick-start your metabolism for long-term results.
